TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CASCADES CASINO NORTH BAY

1. DEFINITIONS
   The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions:

• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, including any schedules or appendices;
• "Casino" means Cascades Casino North Bay;
• "Customer" means a person who visits the Casino for the purpose of gaming;

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
   By entering the Casino premises, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. GAMING AGE
   The minimum age for gaming at the Casino is 18 years.

4. IDENTIFICATION
   Customers must provide proof of age and identity before participating in any gaming activity.

5. GAMBLING RESPONSIBILITY

   We encourage our Customers to gamble responsibly and within their means. The Ontario responsible gambling framework provides tools to help prevent problem gambling, including self-exclusion programs and on-site information centers.

6. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS
   All deposits and withdrawals must be made in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to request identification and proof of address before processing any transactions.

7. GAME RULES

   The Casino reserves the right to modify or cancel games at any time, including without limitation, slots, table games, and electronic games.

8. PRIZES AND JACKPOTS
   All prizes and jackpots are subject to a reasonable deduction for taxes, fees, and other charges as required by law.

9. PROMOTIONS AND EVENT
   We may run promotions or events at the Casino from time to time. These will be advertised on our website and in-venue signage. Participation in any promotion or event is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

10. LOYALTY PROGRAM
    Our loyalty program allows Customers to earn points for their gaming activity, which can be redeemed for rewards and benefits. The terms of the loyalty program are set out in a separate document, which forms part of this Agreement.

11. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

    We will only collect personal data from our Customers where necessary for the provision of our services. We comply with all applicable legislation regarding data protection, including but not limited to, Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act and its regulations.

12. SECURITY AND FAIRNESS
    The Casino operates in accordance with the principles of fairness and randomness as certified by independent testing laboratories. Our security measures protect against unauthorized access or manipulation of our gaming systems.

13. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF SERVICE
    We may terminate or suspend service to a Customer at any time, without notice, if we believe that such action is necessary for the protection of our business, customers, employees, and assets.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted under Ontario rules for alternate dispute resolution.

15. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes shall be effective upon posting on the website and/or displaying in-venue signage.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, or agreements (whether written or oral) with respect to their subject matter.

17. BINDING EFFECT

    Each term of this Agreement will be binding on each party's successors, assigns, executors, administrators, and permitted transferees.

18. LANGUAGE

    English is the primary language used in these Terms and Conditions. We may provide information and materials in French or other languages but English remains the official language for all purposes under this Agreement.

19. NON-WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY

    No failure by a party to exercise any right, power, or remedy provided for hereunder will be deemed to constitute a waiver of such right, power, or remedy; and no single or partial exercise thereof will preclude further exercise thereof.

20. NOTICES
    For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "notice" shall include all written notices, electronic notifications, or other forms of communication.

21. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

By accessing our services, Customers acknowledge that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, including the schedules and appendices thereto.

By entering into this Agreement, we intend to create legally binding obligations between us; provided always that any provision which would cause any term of this Agreement to conflict with applicable law will not bind us in respect thereof but shall be deemed replaced by a revised term that complies with such law.

ENTERING THE CASINO PREMISES IS DEEMED TO CONSTITUTE A BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
